Delete branch "aos/claude/branch-owes-its-pr"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
The checkpoint rule ends at a remote branch and nothing said what the branch then owes, so branches sat unreviewed daily for a week while the work read as delivered.
The rule existed already, in
coding-core-git-workflow/COMPOSED.md: "A branch with no PR is litter nobody reviews." That is a composed source a session loads on demand, so it never reached a seat that had already pushed. This moves the binding form into the always-composed base.AGENTS.md- new### A pushed branch owes its pull requestunder the checkpoint rule it completes.pyproject.toml- caps raised by the one section it costs, reason recorded inline.Paired with agent-compose 3c31397, which gives the engineer charter the abstract form: work is delivered where the resolved workflow lands it, not where you stopped pushing.
