The native assigned-role launcher currently routes explicit director sessions outside Ward. The director receives her composed doctrine but cannot dispatch engineers, and aosguard lacks WARD_BROKER_SOCK so Forgejo credential resolution falls through to unavailable SSM credentials. Route acompose director through the integrated AOS warded, composed, guarded launch. Keep other explicit roles on the native assigned-role path. Add shared-shell coverage and update the native workspace documentation.
