Goal: Add a CEO role that operates Kai's real current project portfolio, with Flight Deck as the present center of gravity, from repository and tracker evidence without inventing an abstract company. Acceptance: agent-compose owns the briefing, bold + grounded + protective meld, and named seats. AOSH assigns strategic-planning to Hermes. AOS projects the capability bundle, Ward seats, bounded Forgejo governance, and context-budget baselines. Counts derive from canonical inputs. Generated projections and affected tests pass. workflow: pull-request-and-merge.

WARD-OUTCOME: done. Review summary: PASS. The CEO contract stays grounded in Kai's real Flight Deck portfolio, avoids fictional company metrics, delegates bounded outcomes, and reserves costly or public decisions for Kai. AOSH and AOS projections agree on 12 roles and 19 lanes. The affected Python suite reports 53 passes. Harness-board Go tests and Go vet pass. Agent-compose and AOSH full validation pass. Windows-only broad-suite and pre-commit environment failures are outside the changed paths, with the affected shell script verified separately.
