PR #614 implements the strictly parallel language-image graph. Core owns the shared Node-backed harness and operational surface, each lang-* image is a direct child of core, the standalone agent and ops images and tags are removed, lang-python is added, and full remains the compatibility fan-in.

Review: passed with high confidence. The refutation pass found no correctness, release-topology, documentation, or coverage blocker. The graph contract is asserted in tests, retired jobs and tags have regression coverage, 485 tests pass, every pre-commit hook passes, and the complete local image family builds successfully.
