  The v1 cascade composer is now native: agent-compose cascade composes AGENTS.COMPOSE.md doctrine sources into per-harness COMPOSED files, wires load-point symlinks, and emits the mount-eligibility manifest ward reads - byte-compatible with the Python generator it absorbs. Includes scope/harness filtering, section overrides, divergence with stale cleanup, and --dry-run/--check.
