Closes #194

Summary

  • remove model-class and low-context from requests, person packages, native launch, manifests, cache identity, status output, and evaluation packs
  • keep model tier solely as fail-closed role compatibility while every supported tier and harness receives the same complete selected context
  • ignore retired model_class fields in older bundle JSON and strip the legacy launch variable during migration
  • rebind deterministic evaluation pack digests without changing scored responses or results
