Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
Bare assigned-role launches currently emit only a one-line assignment status before starting the harness. Reuse the canonical TTY-aware role transcript so the selected role, personality meld, and colors are visible at startup. For a bare Codex launch, provide an initial prompt asking the selected seat to introduce itself, while preserving explicit harness arguments unchanged. Add focused tests and update the native launch documentation.
