Regenerate .claude/lockdown-deny.sh and .claude/settings.json from the latest coily lockdown --apply --replace. Switches the PreToolUse hook from agent-guard to coily's own entry point, which calls the shared cli-guard/hook engine with coily's integrity rules and route table. Refs coilysiren/coily#248 + coilysiren/cli-guard#74.
