Decision

personal-dashboard is being retired. Archiving the GitHub repo, marking archived: true in the catalog, and adding a deprecated banner to the README.

Why

Kai's call. The dashboard surface is being consolidated elsewhere or simply dropped.

How to apply

Catalog graph rebuilds will pick up the archived flag and drop the repo from active rollups.
