Problem

catalog-trifecta (agentic-os v0.2.8) flags:

AGENTS.md: missing required H2 heading(s): ## Scope, ## Project shape, ## Repo boundaries, ## Commands, ## Validation, ## Safety, ## Cross-repo contracts, ## Release, ## Agent rules.

Fix

Add the missing sections. Where this repo does not naturally need one, keep the heading and write a one-line inherited/default rule per agentic-os-kai AGENTS.md ("Consistency over uniqueness").

Context

Pre-existing in scope, see coilysiren/agentic-os#59. Surfaced by the v0.2.8 bump in #31, skipped during that commit to keep scope tight.
