Problem

algo-zone has no .coily/coily.yaml marker file. Kai classified this repo as coily/deployment-of-one in the GH-issues-disable sweep, but the classification is currently verbal, not file-backed.

Plan

Land a minimal .coily/coily.yaml with a catalog block (model on atmosphere's marker file from coilysiren/atmosphere#3). If the repo has any build verbs, declare them too. Otherwise leave commands: {} empty.

Once landed, the disable sweep can be applied (PATCH has_issues=false). FJ mirror was created in this window.
