Problem

tooling-skillsmp SKILL.md frontmatter description: is ~420 bytes UTF-8. Eager-loaded skills cap at 200 bytes.

Fix

Trim to lead with tool framing plus the load-bearing harness-deny rule. Trigger phrases and "first reach for narrow tasks" framing already live in the body under ## When to consider reaching for this skill, so nothing is lost.

Out of scope

Other skills still over cap. Tracked separately under the serial dispatch chain.
