The frontmatter description on .agents/skills/coding-github/SKILL.md is ~343 bytes, over the 200-byte cap for normal skills set by categories.yaml.

Trim by dropping the long alias keyword list and compressing the framing. Keep the GraphQL hard rule (load-bearing routing signal). Move the trigger keyword list to a body ## Triggers section.
