The coding-terraform-module-library skill description is ~242 bytes, over the 200-byte cap for eager-loaded skill descriptions.

Trim to ~150 bytes. Lead with "Build reusable Terraform modules for AWS / Azure / GCP / OCI." Drop filler about "infrastructure-as-code best practices" and "implementing reusable IaC components."

Frontmatter only. Body is generic third-party voice but stays as-is.
