Morning-of work for the 11:00 PDT livestream, ordered by the lockdown boundary rather than by priority.
The cornerstone is the pre-demo lockdown pass, deploy#715, landed as 44aec67f. When it applies, the Flux controllers and every Forgejo runner go to zero. Nothing rolls out after that.
So the morning has three phases and only the first has a moving deadline:
- Before lockdown. Anything that must reach the lane: merged, built, published, and rolled. This is the real deadline, not 11:00.
- Lockdown applies, then the 10:00 prep hour. Credential re-seeds, warm slices, and the load test belong here. The lane is frozen and the node has headroom.
- After the stream, restore.
Anything not rolled before phase 1 closes ships as it is.
