Adds the mark for the sirens-deep deployment, in two forms.

A sibling of the coilyco org marks. The ring and the ink / mint / lilac palette are measured off those avatars rather than approximated, so the geometry matches exactly: mint ring r 165.5 w 12, lilac ring r 153 w 13.

Files

assets/sirens-deep.svg and .png - canonical. The whale carries the emblem alone, half submerged in a lilac sea.
assets/sirens-deep-lockup.svg and .png - secondary. The same whale over the coilyco S, for contexts where the mark should sit in an obvious row beside its siblings.
docs/assets.md - provenance, DeepSeek attribution, and the inset rule, following the existing banner entry's pattern.

On the DeepSeek reference

The whale nods at DeepSeek, which agent/sirens-deep.yaml selects. It is not a trace of their mark. Theirs is a soft organic silhouette; this is a stepped, blocked polygon in the coilyco idiom, sharing only the gesture - mass low and left, fluke thrown up and right, a single eye dot. Every edge is horizontal or vertical apart from the two running from the fluke down to the belly. The DeepSeek name and logo are property of DeepSeek.

Two numbers worth preserving

The sea is clipped to a disc of r 132, not to the ring interior at r 146.5. Filling to the interior makes the lilac water meet the lilac ring band, the two merge, and the lower half of the ring stops reading as a ring. The whale is sized to 192 wide so it keeps 22px off the water's curved edge rather than hugging it.

Both numbers are load bearing and are recorded in docs/assets.md, because a later redraw would reasonably assume the water should fill the circle, and that assumption is exactly what breaks it.

Checks

Full pre-commit gate passes on every commit. docs/FEATURES.md is intentionally untouched: banner.png is not listed there either, so assets are not FEATURES-shaped in this repo.

Companion PR on the website, where the rest of the org marks live: coilysiren/website#106.

Raster background

The PNGs in this pull request bake the ink field into a square tile, which does not match the org marks in the website repository. That fix is split out into #94, stacked on this branch, so it can be reviewed on its own. Land both.

The whale now carries the emblem alone at ring scale, roughly double its
size in the lockup, and the freed space goes to the pastel purple: the
whale sits half submerged in a lilac sea.

The water is clipped to r 132 rather than the ring interior. Filling to
the interior makes the lilac water merge with the lilac ring band and the
lower half of the ring stops reading. The whale is sized to 192 wide to
keep 22px off the water's curved edge.

The previous S lockup is kept as sirens-deep-lockup for contexts where the
mark should sit in an obvious row with its siblings.
