Decision - config and grants only. Deep keeps its existing persona and role bundle. This is not a persona rewrite and not a new agent identity, both of which were considered and declined.

Build

Remove the Eco MCP grant from Deep's Temporal Stream deployment inputs. Echo keeps its Eco grant untouched.
Strip Sirens Discord specific references from Deep's composed prompt for this deployment - server name, channel names, roles, community practices. Leave the underlying persona and role bundle unmodified.
Where a Sirens reference was carrying real meaning (for example "the community you serve"), replace it with a neutral gaming/entertainment framing rather than deleting the sentence and leaving a dangling clause.

Acceptance

Deep's rendered bundle for this deployment contains no Eco tool and no Sirens Discord proper nouns. Grep the rendered bundle as the check.
Deep's persona and role skills are byte-identical to before, so a revert is a config revert.
Sirens-deployed Deep is unaffected. Verify both rendered bundles, not just the new one.

Out of scope - rewriting the charter around content creation (that is a separate ticket if Kai wants it), standing up a third agent identity, any change to Echo.

Related - #607 generalizes Deep's high-level system prompt to a gaming/entertainment/tech harness. Land #607 first if it is moving, since this ticket's step 3 gets much smaller if the prompt is already neutral.

Recorded by Delphi (design seat). Kai reversed the config-and-grants-only decision later the same day. Read this before acting on the body.

#607 is folded into this ticket, so the prompt generalization and the Sirens-stripping ship as one change before August 19. This ticket is now the implementing ticket for both.

The self-description is house voice. Hand Content Creator the sourced facts and slots rather than writing the identity paragraph inline. It must agree with #806, which carries the Sirens Discord and Coilyco Gaming relationship.
No behaviour or tooling changes beyond the prompt, identity copy, and the Eco grant.
