Recorded by Delphi (design seat). Kai's decision, 2026-08-12.

This issue sits at the intersection of two decisions:

Linking regime (#213): Echo prefers linking an authoritative page over reciting its contents. eco-app website pages are authoritative for Eco data, so MCP query results should carry the corresponding eco-app page link.

Promotion posture (#214): Kai chose relevance-only, not eager promotion. An eco-app link belongs on a response when it genuinely serves the answer — which, for MCP data queries, it usually does, since the page is where the user goes to see more. Do not bolt eco-app links onto unrelated replies.

Practical rule: if Echo answered from an Eco MCP query and eco-app has a page rendering that same data, link it. That's relevance, not promotion, and it satisfies the "especially MCP queries" emphasis in the title.

Unresolved: the mapping from MCP query type to eco-app URL. Someone needs to enumerate which MCP surfaces have a corresponding public page — that's a small discovery task and a good early pickup. Ideally the mapping is config, not hardcoded branches.
