.agents/skills/sirens-dowel/references/coilyco-suite.md tells Dowel that Kai's
seats are:

engineer, director, QA, DevOps, design, executive, content creator, and AI
engineer

None of those is a Core Roster slug any more. The v3 roster is platform,
sysadmin, eval, frontend, gamedev, tpm, devrel, plus this
repository's librarian. The same file then says a seat can "say the others
exist and what a role is for", which is exactly the claim this staleness makes
wrong.

This is not CI-blocking and #1158 did not touch it. It is content in a live
agent's knowledge rather than compose wiring, so rewriting Dowel's description
of Kai's estate is a change worth making deliberately rather than as collateral
of a slug migration.

What a next agent needs

The current roster, with display names, comes from
agent-compose catalog roles --json.
The seat names also moved: Olaf is now Vera, Lucia is Evie, Saiya is
Portia. Those arrived in agent-compose v2.50.0.
Check the surrounding claims in that file at the same time, since the passage
builds on the lineup rather than just listing it.
