The deployment has no Reddit-specific tool, and the only general browser surface (playwright) cannot reach Reddit at all.

Observed this turn:

https://old.reddit.com/ returns Reddit's "You've been blocked by network security" page.
https://www.reddit.com/ is redirected into a js_challenge URL and then returns the same block page.

So a request for the current content of Reddit's front page is unanswerable from this deployment. This is a capability gap, not a transient failure: the block is Reddit's bot protection against this network's IP range.

Possible directions if this lane matters: a dedicated Reddit read tool (e.g. a keyed client that Reddit does not block), routing the read through a different network path, or documenting the gap as permanent. No member data was involved in the attempt.
