That means:

there should be repos mounted in cwd, they have a docs folder
aos has skills for general agentic behavior
acompose has skills for personality and such
sirens harness has skills for sirens harness ops
sirens harness has its compiled agent context, distinct from the skills

These data sources can / will / have overlapped in ways that range from confusing to totally blocking. I'll need to generate a full raw text dump of all of this prose. All of it. And then resolve inconsistencies. I expect this to take... an hour? I'll need an heavy agent fan out.
