Problem

The pointer skill for this repo currently lives at agentic-os-kai/.agents/skills/<repo>/SKILL.md. Per agentic-os-kai#319, source-of-truth for a repo pointer is the repo itself, with agentic-os-kai symlinking it in.

Proposal

Add .agents/skills/<repo>/SKILL.md here as source of truth. agentic-os-kai will symlink to it (separate change tracked under agentic-os-kai#319).
