Leftovers from the pre-monorepo deploy era: deploy/main.yml envsubst manifest + Caddyfile, Makefile publish/deploy kubectl+ssh targets, docs/deploy*.md, stale org refs (Cargo.toml + .ward/ward.yaml still say coilyco-flight-deck, catalog dependsOn still coilysiren/infrastructure), and a busybox-data-bundle Dockerfile stage 2 that only worked with the old initContainer + stock-caddy shape. Replace stage 2 with unprivileged nginx and strip the rest; the deploy surface moves to coilyco-bridge/deploy services/galaxy-gen (deploy#173, agent-proxy build-from-git-context rollout).
