Scope

Remove the persistent shortcut, status, showcase, and focus rows.
Keep remaining status values to one visual line and append three dots when truncated.
Show and retain ten recent activity entries on desktop.
Keep simulation behavior and controls unchanged.

Acceptance

The remaining status rows never wrap at 1024x768 or 1440x900.
Truncated values visibly end in three dots.
Recent activity shows ten one-line entries on desktop.
Documentation, repository tests, and the Wasm build pass.
