Checked the current PR branch from a scratch clone. The current diff only changes README.md, docs/FEATURES.md, docs/README.md, docs/compat-surface.md, and docs/first-run.md; it does not contain nolint, gocognit, or funlen additions. So the outcome comment appears stale for this PR state.

The real follow-up is the tooling mismatch it reported: local pre-commit should not be weaker than the repo gate for gocognit / funlen. Filed that separately so future runs do not reach for suppressions as a late workaround.
