Point ward at the new coilyco-flight-deck/homebrew-tap (forgejo, public).

Create coilyco-flight-deck/homebrew-tap with trifecta + ward formula
Add bump-tap-formula job to ward release.yml (forgejo Contents API, FORGEJO_TOKEN secret)
Point ward README install at the central tap, keep per-repo form as a one-cycle fallback
Provision FORGEJO_TOKEN secret in ward CI with write access to the tap
Next cycle: drop the bump-formula job and the in-repo Formula/ward.rb fallback
