Problem — README.md still cross-references cli-mcp, cli-web-docs, cli-web-ops as the "first adopter target" and a "sibling cli-* repos" bullet. Those three are being archived per agentic-os-kai#365 (cli-web-ops dispatch surface was never needed).

Action

Drop the "First adopter target" parenthetical mentioning the three archived repos.
Drop the "Sibling cli-* repos" bullet.
Drop the three link-reference definitions at the bottom.

Out of scope

cli-mcp and cli-guard stay; do not strip their mentions.
