🛫 ward pre-flight: NO-GO

ward agent claude headless ran a pre-flight feasibility read on this issue before detaching a fire-and-forget run, and the agent judged it NO-GO - it should not be carried unattended until a human weighs in.

underspecified scope — issue is a one-line stub with no acceptance criteria defining which git operations, command surface, or behavior ward kld git should implement; needs a human to bound "etc..." before an unattended merge.

No container was launched. Review the issue (clarify the scope, resolve the unknown, or split it), then re-dispatch - ward agent claude headless <ref> --no-preflight skips this gate once you've decided it's good to go.

full pre-flight read

This is a one-line stub with no acceptance criteria: "ward kld git ... commit, push, etc..." gives no definition of what kld is, which git operations to wire up, what the command surface or flags should look like, or where "etc..." stops. There are no comments to narrow it, so the scope is a blank check rather than a bounded task. While I could discover the existing kld verb structure in the fresh clone and infer a pattern, the design surface (which operations, what semantics, how it composes with existing ward git handling) is exactly the kind of multi-path fork where guessing wrong is costly and unattended merge to main isn't warranted.

NO-GO: underspecified scope — issue is a one-line stub with no acceptance criteria defining which git operations, command surface, or behavior ward kld git should implement; needs a human to bound "etc..." before an unattended merge.

🛫 ward pre-flight: NO-GO

ward agent claude headless ran a pre-flight feasibility read on this issue before detaching a fire-and-forget run, and the agent judged it NO-GO - it should not be carried unattended until a human weighs in.

Underspecified exploratory design task ("start creating" a guardfile) with no schema, no enumerated git actions, and no verifiable done-condition — needs a human to pin scope and the KDL guardfile format before an unattended run can merge.

No container was launched. Review the issue (clarify the scope, resolve the unknown, or split it), then re-dispatch - ward agent claude headless <ref> --no-preflight skips this gate once you've decided it's good to go.

full pre-flight read

The main unknown is the spec itself: the issue is a stub ("commit, push, etc...") and the only clarifying comment — "start creating a ward-kdl guardfile for various git actions" — names an open-ended exploratory goal with no schema, no enumerated git actions to guard, and no verifiable done-condition. There's also an unresolved naming inconsistency (kld in the verb vs kdl in the comment, likely the KDL document language), which signals the feature shape isn't pinned down yet. Unattended, I'd be inventing the guardfile format and the set of guarded operations from scratch, then merging that guess to main with no one to confirm it matches what Kai pictured — exactly the kind of wide design fork that's costly to undo once landed.
