Suppress the optional Codex model-switch reminder in every ward-composed config so headless engineers and read-only directors do not wait for input. Genuine rate-limit and quota failures remain unchanged.

  • Add the supported Codex config setting and regression coverage for the read-only surface.
  • Document the headless behavior in the Codex and feature inventory docs.
  • Validation: ward exec test, ward exec vet, ward exec lint, and ward exec pre-commit.
