Stage the operator generic mcporter home inventory into warded startup and invoke agent-compose native MCP projection before harness launch. Keep Ward deployment-neutral: no agentic-os-kai path, server list, or private substrate assumption belongs in Ward. Supersedes the lazy-only direction in closed issue 672.
