Residual reaping now distinguishes a reaper-created capture from agent-authored committed work, preserving the close-trailer safety proof without losing dirty residual work.

  • Reaper-created dirty residuals receive the carried closes #N trailer and can land.
  • Existing agent commits without that trailer remain on a salvage branch with a precise diagnostic.
  • Tests: ward exec test and the pre-commit suite passed.

CI retry: test / test (pull_request) failed only in TestRunHostDispatchBrokerRequestReportsLaterLaunchFailureThroughArtifact, whose expected dispatch-summary line was absent. ward exec test and 20 focused local repetitions pass on the same head; retrying through the documented push fallback because this Forgejo exposes no rerun API.
