Create one empty commit on Ward main after the tap credential repair. Acceptance is a green promote run followed by a green release run, including bump-tap-formula and bump-scoop-manifest. This commit intentionally changes no tracked files and exists only to prove the ordinary push-to-main path without workflow dispatch.
