Emit a versioned structured run-summary block in drained meta.json, while keeping the existing top-level identity fields intact. The drain now writes meta.json atomically, appends a tail-friendly summary footer to console.log, and records normalized outcomes plus artifact paths and outcome signals for fleet review.

  • Adds summary.schema_version and structured outcome fields.
  • Preserves raw reaper classification and existing top-level fields.
  • Covers landed-main, PR-green, blocked/failed, salvage, and prelaunch/no-transcript paths.
