The burn-down session landed this PR on main at 5dad59b via the merge-queue push (ward#1168 native-merge workaround). Forgejo's native merge endpoint returned 405, so the burn-down session closes this PR by hand. The single conflict was the desc field doc comment in cmd/ward/configsource.go, resolved to main's newer rewrap.
