The pointer skill is fully generated from umbra's canonical Forgejo description and topics. The description moved since the last generator run, so the committed file had drifted.

Forgejo now reads: a config driven occlusion framework for your CLIs and APIs
The committed skill still read: Security framework for guarded command-line tools with scoped authority, validation, and audit logs

Regenerated through agentic_os.generators.generate_repo_pointer_skill, so this is generator output rather than a hand edit. The repo-pointer-skills hook passes.

Found while regenerating agentic-os-kai's projected repository index, which copies this file byte for byte. Four sibling repos carried the same drift and landed on main under their own merge-remote-main workflow. umbra declares no ward.workflow, so it takes the default pull-request-and-merge lane.
