Remove the doc-link feature from both exec and spec guardfile dialects.

Acceptance criteria:

Remove the parsed models and public fields.
Reject doc-link as an unknown guardfile node.
Remove describe footer rendering and feature-specific tests.
Remove the dedicated documentation and all references from maintained docs.
Regenerate the public Go API snapshot.
Keep ordinary descriptions and generated skill output unchanged.
