Goal

Roll current three-entity attribution onto the 38 tracked paths whose latest author is example-bot.

Done condition

Two signed attribution-rollover commits land on canonical main.
The final Git tree is byte-for-byte and mode-for-mode identical to the starting tree.
Every target path reports coilyco-ops[bot] as its latest author.
Repository validation passes.
The GitHub mirror is checked after canonical Forgejo lands.

Non-goals

No runtime, feature, or documentation behavior changes.
No adjacent legacy identities outside the exact inventory.
No history rewrite or force-push.

Inventory complete and target count confirmed: 38.
Isolated task clone prepared from canonical main.
