Add zero-configuration discovery for a repository-local .specgen project while preserving explicit --project-root and legacy guardfile behavior. The convention should fail closed when multiple targets require selection, retain deterministic root-relative identity, and include tests and documentation. This enables AOS to host the standalone aguard source outside Ward runtime configuration.
