README claims session-lattice replaces archived otel-a2a-relay, but o2r is the active headline project #11

Problem

README.md ## Status says:

Pre-cable. Repo scaffolded, no service yet. Replaces the archived coilysiren/otel-a2a-relay.

That claim is stale. coilysiren/otel-a2a-relay is alive and active: Agent Channel v2 landed today (2026-05-27), four-package uv workspace ships, Phoenix + Tempo/Grafana backends both work, LUCA-flow demo exercises the full pipeline.

As of 2026-05-27 (see vault headline-oss-handoff.md), o2r is the headline OSS project for the OSS-mercenary surface. session-lattice is substrate inside the LUCA stack (repo-recall -> session-lattice -> LUCA). It is a sibling layer to o2r, not a replacement for it.

Fix

Replace the ## Status block with something like:

Pre-cable. Repo scaffolded, no service yet. Materialized-view layer over coilysiren/repo-recall; queried by coilysiren/luca. Sibling to (not replacement for) coilysiren/otel-a2a-relay.

How to apply

Single-line edit to README.md. Sweep docs/ for the same claim while we are in there.
