Part of #233.

Scope

A recent-activity route with a HumanLines variant - the "what just happened" feed (recent commits + sessions). Today this data only ships inside the / dashboard JSON; give it a standalone watchable route.

Proposed line: <repo> <sha> <subject> <age> for commits, <repo> session <age> <last-prompt-snippet> for sessions, each capped under 80 cols.

Depends on the tracer-bullet slice. AFK once that lands.

Merged into #13 in the 2026-05-29 backlog burn-down. Duplicate recent-activity HumanLines route Reopen if it should stand alone.
