AGENTS.md is missing a Reachability section. New contributors and agent sessions don't know the prod URL (http://repo-recall via tailnet MagicDNS, HTTP only because MagicDNS short names don't carry HTTPS certs) or the local-dev URL (http://127.0.0.1:7777 plus the make watch-all Vite proxy). Add a short Reachability section to AGENTS.md.
