Land the standalone trust-boundary semantic-conventions writeup (docs/trust-boundary-semconv.md) as a draft in-tree.

This is Part 2 (the convention writeup) of #35 — the five-concept o2r->#2664 mapping plus the agent-to-agent / agent-to-tool authorization-legibility contribution and the proposed gen_ai.authorization.* attributes.

Scope of this issue: commit the draft so it is reviewable and linkable. It does not close #35 — the remaining #35 scope (post the #2664 comment, de-draft after SIG discussion firms up attribute names) stays open there.
