The bridge between the integrations and the SIG work. Decide what o2r actually emits before wiring six backends to it.

  • gen_ai.* dual-emitting OpenInference on the model spans.
  • A2A object projection on the inter-agent spans.

This is what makes Phoenix and the renderers light up instead of degrading to plain spans. It is the technical substance under the convention proposal.
