First-class Honeycomb integration

Today Honeycomb is just "point OTEL_EXPORTER_OTLP_ENDPOINT at it." Phoenix and Tempo+Grafana each have a dedicated extension package (otel-a2a-relay-arize-phoenix, otel-a2a-relay-tempo-grafana) with bootstrap + a native session view + a harness probe. Honeycomb deserves the same.

Scope

New otel-a2a-relay-honeycomb extension package, parallel to the existing two:

  • Dataset / board bootstrap (idempotent, like o2r-phoenix-bootstrap).
  • A Honeycomb-native view of agent sessions (queries / a saved board for the agent-graph + session shape).
  • Harness probe that posts a worked-example trace and validates it renders.

Why

Strengthens the "OpenTelemetry-for-agents" niche on Honeycomb's home turf, and makes the Honeycomb-community outreach angle land with a real artifact instead of a generic OTLP claim.
