Sub-issue of coilysiren/agentic-os-kai#548 (parent rollout: #505).

Adopt the agentic-os v0.11.1 hook block (context-load-points + owner-agnostic closes-issue) on otel-a2a-relay. This repo has no Forgejo pushurl, so land via a GitHub PR rather than a direct push.

Hook block reference

Already adopted in eco-configs / luca / session-lattice .pre-commit-config.yaml: the managed block at rev: v0.11.1. Apply via agentic-os/scripts/apply-agentic-os-hooks.py or copy the block.

Fix pattern

  • Apply the v0.11.1 managed hook block to .pre-commit-config.yaml.
  • If the repo root has an AGENTS.md but no CLAUDE.md bridge, add a CLAUDE.md containing @AGENTS.md.
  • Fix any pre-commit violations the bump surfaces. Run the relevant agentic_os.check_* validators until clean.

Landing

Push a lp-rollout branch and open a GitHub PR adopting the block. Run pre-commit clean (never --no-verify). Use closes <this forgejo issue url> in the PR body. Close this issue when the PR merges.
