Problem

agentic-os v0.2.8 catalog-trifecta hook flags 4 violations:

  • README.md: missing convention citation (needs coilysiren/agentic-os#59 or legacy coilysiren/agentic-os-kai#313).
  • AGENTS.md: missing citation AND missing required H2 headings: ## Scope, ## Project shape, ## Repo boundaries, ## Commands, ## Validation, ## Safety, ## Cross-repo contracts, ## Release, ## Agent rules.
  • docs/FEATURES.md: missing citation.

Fix

  1. Restructure AGENTS.md into the canonical sectioned template.
  2. Add a See also footer with the convention citation to README.md, AGENTS.md, and docs/FEATURES.md.

Out of scope for: coilysiren/otel-a2a-relay#135 (code-comments only). Bundling with the docs split sweep at #136 makes sense since both touch the same docs surface.
