Record the blessed-green recovery verification outputs for the kais-macbook-pro -> kai-server kernel data path (debug channel ZHQK, fleet root cause infrastructure#253).

#6 landed the recovery battery; this records the actual GREEN result after Kai's sudo precondition (removed the recurring root brew tailscaled LaunchDaemon) + a clean reboot left the mac on a single cask-only Tailscale stack.

Post-fix battery, all rc 0:

  • ping - 0% loss
  • dig - magicDNS resolves
  • nc-ssh - TCP :22 succeeded (was: Operation timed out)
  • nc-api - TCP :6443 succeeded (was: Operation timed out)
  • ssh-exec - ran true on kai-server over Tailscale SSH (was: rc 255)

All five outputs/kais-macbook-pro__kai-server/*/public/ baselines re-blessed to the healthy state, so future diffs are against green instead of the failed baseline (the interpretation trap that masked the outage). Public tier hand-scrubbed for the opaque tailnet suffix the anonymizer still misses (#3).
