Outcome

Advance ward-mcp to cli-guard commit 530d4f4 so inline MCP grants can enforce JMESPath fail-when response postconditions.

Acceptance

  • Pin the released cli-guard version containing 530d4f4.
  • Existing ward-mcp tests and repository validation pass.
  • The established publisher produces an immutable ward-mcp image.

This enables coilyco-bridge/deploy#247 to reject Forgejo label no-ops after a 2xx response.
