Retire the deprecated coilysiren-backend product instead of restoring its missing Forgejo repository or migrating its image publisher.

Disposition

Kai identified the missing Forgejo repository as intentional because the backend is deprecated.
Kai archived the GitHub source repository as the retained source-history artifact.
The migration creates no Forgejo repository, package, or publisher for this product.
Deploy source removes the backend service, workflow, catalog entry, and public discoverability.
An authorized operator inventories the live workload and data before removal.

The source retirement does not authorize deletion of the live workload, Postgres data, PVCs, backups, namespace, or rollback images. Ops records the retention or discard decision and the resulting evidence before taking those actions.
