Removes the complete code-fleet-watch repository surface: workload source, k3s manifest, three docs pages, five scripts, five Ward verbs, and the image workflow.

Also drops the dedicated write:issue PAT from the coilyco-ops credential family along with its now-unused issue verification kind, corrects the family size from 15 to 14 in both places that state it, and removes the denylist line from the SSM inventory.

The shared /forgejo/coilyco-ops/read-token stays. Flux and ward-mcp consume it. The registry ExternalSecret read the shared registry-read-token, which also stays.

No tracked file in the repository references code-fleet-watch after this change. Git history is the archive, per Kai's call that no stub doc remains.

pre-commit run --all-files and ward doctor both pass.

Live teardown, PAT revocation, SSM deletion, and the registry package removal are operator steps tracked on the issue. The CronJob is already suspended.
